A few days ago I saw
this ad at
shopcrazy.com and got curious about it. I quickly made an appointment for me and a friend of mine.
Jai have been planning to have her eyelash done months before but it never push through. I asked her if she wants to go with me and it'll be my birthday gift for her. She gladly agreed.
Yesterday, we were right on the dot for our 3pm appointment. The place is kinda small.. as in really really small. Enought space for five chairs only. Barely a room for a companion if you decide to bring a friend or two - they have to wait outside. I just hope they upgrade to a new and bigger place and add more technicians. The two hours we were there, they had to put a few people on a waiting list. That's bad for the business - keeping your possible suki waiting.
The experience is really new to me. I'm not into my eyelashes that much. I don't even wear mascara. I'm more the eyeliner kinda girl. And I would rather have my nails done. So this is just to say that I tried it. I still don't know if I will maintain the lashes long after all the fake ones fall off. You see, part of the "how to maintain and care for the lashes" is, you can't sleep on your stomach which is very hard for me because I prefer to sleep on my stomach or on my side. Hay! The price of beauty! Hahaha! If you really take care of it, it could last for 2 to 4 months. With retouch of course!
If you decide to have yours done. Prepare for a lot of stinging sensation and don't get scared if you wake-up after the procedure crying and and your eyes all red. It would only take like 10 to 15minutes to get used to it. Bring a fan, it helps a lot. After that... Enjoy your new look!
Jai and I had the Mascara Effect in Medium size.
