Just arrived from Baguio this morning. Back to reality…
It was a good three days and two night’s vacation with my friends. The only sad part was I left without Jet. Somehow leaving, though it was only for a few days, made me feel how I don't want to leave without him (if I could help it). Ayoko talaga, unless all my friends are going with me… Hehehe! (Diba Mariel? Bakasyon na!)
We left my house at around 9:30pm and went to Gateway to buy my “baon” and had coffee at Coffee Bean. By 11:00pm I told him we should be heading for Victory Liner because I don’t want to be late and traffic could really be unpredictable. Plus I was so nervous because it would be my first time to travel alone. Although I know it would be safe for me because I was taking the Deluxe trip (12:15am). No stop over and no picking up passengers along the way - just a straight five hour trip to Baguio. No hassle. But still, I was so nervous. I was convincing Jet to come along though I know that was impossible because of his work. Wrong timing kasi yung off nya… How I wished naging Friday and Saturday nalang… Oh well... there’s always a next time.
The bus station scene was so funny!
We got there at 11:15, still got lots of time before I board the bus. Every now and then I felt like throwing up. Ewan ko ba… Butterflies… Then By 12:oo midnight, I told him I should board na and asked him to go up with me and wait till the bus leaves. After 10 minutes of waiting inside the bus, I told him he should go home already because it was late. So I thought he did… Nung nag park ang bus sa entrance I saw him outside waiting patiently I asked him kung bakit di pa sya umuuwi (through text)… He said he wants to see me off… Yun tuloy! It was so hard saying goodbye… We were sending each other sweet nothings… And I was feeling miserable… It felt like I was leaving for another country… Na parang hindi ako babalik o matatagalan sa pagbalik… Huhuhu! Then he said ganun din daw nararadaman nya.. Na ang bigat bigat daw ng paa.. As if he didn’t want to leave… Hay… What a couple of idiots… Eh Baguio lang naman ako and by Monday morning I’m back… Kalokah… He was blowing me kisses… tapos ang usiserong security guard eh tumatawa sa amin… Hahaha!!! Aliw!
12:15am the bus left the terminal and Jet was still there…
I got comfy. 61 songs On-The-Go and I slept like a baby. When I woke up we were at Marcos Highway, got 5 more songs left and it was 4:40am We arrived at Victory Liner Station at 4:50am It was so damned cold! I was just wearing a shirt, pedal pusher and slipper… God! My ass was freezing… I couldn’t feel my toes. To make it worse, the clothes that I brought with me were shorts, a skirt, shirts and slippers… Sabi nga ng Kuya Tony ko “Ano ka? Pupunta ng beach?!” Sige mangasar pa! Saya saya talaga! Buti nalang may jacket ako…
Jai picked me up at 6:ooam I had to wait for an hour before she could pick me up because the taxi in their area won’t be available until 6. We were so excited… We bought stuff for our breakfast and snack. (Lunch would be prepared by Tet for the next two days. So sya nalang ang maggrogrocery for that. ) My first meal was at Pancake House. There we learned may Panagbenga pa pala and Session Road is close for all vehicles… Sabi ko nalang wag nalang kami punta dun dahil I know maraming tao tapos layo pa ng lalakarin. Hehehe! After our breakfast we went to Jai’s place na… Konting kwentuhan and natulog… Sunduin naman namin si Tet ng 10:30pm…

That’s what we did the whole time we were there… Kain tulog kain tulog pasyal kain tulog…. Talagang bakasyon ng mga tamad… Hehehe!
We went to Mine’s View to eat inihaw na mais and inihaw na pusit and took some pictures.. I bought few pasalubong for my Nanay and our Angels. Jet told me not to buy any food items or too much stuff dahil wala daw ako taga-bitbit - dahil wala sya.. Hehehe! How sweet of him. We went to mass at St. Joseph, had dinner at Café By The Ruins (of course! our trip wouldn’t be complete without a visit there!) For our last night… syempre… naginuman!!! Ayun bangenge ang lola… Hahaha!!!

It was fun… Really fun… No internet, no problems.. walang mga pasaway… Just called home every morning to check on them. Called Jet whenever he’s awake or available.
Going home we took the regular trip… hindi na deluxe kasi full na daw… pero okay parin ang trip… 5 hours we were in Manila na… Wala masyadong stop over. Super lamig parin ang aircon…
Hay… Kelan kaya mauulit yun? Sana kasama na most of the P10!
Ano Mariel? Puerto Galera na! Game na! Hehehe!
