Videoke Night

One celebration and get-together isn't enough. We had to see each other the next night.

Videoke at Taverna Marquina. Maski umuulan sa labas, hala bira parin sa pagkanta. Di ko alam na magaganda pala boses ng mga boys! At first nahihiya pa si Mojo but soon enough he was having a good time narin. Rency was being makulit na while Mon was the one in charge of the songs.

It was really fun. Lahat sumakit ang tiyan kakatawa dahil sa dance showdown nila Rency at Mojo, nung kinantahan nila Mon at Rency si Aries at mga bloopers ni Tet sa pagkanta at marami pang iba! Ako naman kontento nako sa pagkuha-kuha ng pictures nila. Wish Jet and Jay were there also to share the fun.. Aba! Minsan lang mangyari yun! Nagsama-sama kaming lahat. Even Kim was there maski buntis! Hehehe! Masaya na sya sa pagkain ng isang platong nachos!!!

Hay... Kelan kaya mauulit ito...

Celebrating Friendship

The despedida and my birthday celebration at Jack’s Loft, Eastwood, Libis, turned out good. Everybody was there. Mariel and Jordan, Aries and Mon, Tet and Jay, Kim and Rency plus Ate Lyn, Jai, Hazel, Me and Jet. Food were great and not that expensive.

We had a blast taking pictures as always, something that we do every time we have a get-together. Jet and Mon was our official photographers.

Aries was her old self. Putting all the guys (except for Mon and Rency) on the spot. Asking all the boyfriends about marriage and “kung kaya nyo bang magtiis?” What she meant was pagtiisan kaming mga babae! I told her, ang common factor ata ng mga boys ng P10 girls is “matiisin” nga! Hahaha!!!

We had such a good time kaya even before the night ends, napagkasunduan na magkita-kita ulit tonight for a videoke and drinking session naman. Talaga todo na ito… Before Aries and Mon leaves for Australia on the 11th of November. Huhuhu! With Hazel, we’ll still see her next weekend for our last time with her.

My Day

For my birthday this year I’ve decided to celebrate it in a different way. I shared it with two children whose birthday coincides with me.

Emman, just turned one. He’s the nephew of Jenelyn and a grandson of Ate Lita – our angels. Then there’s Indang (a granddaughter of Ate Vivian – also an angel), who turned five. Her only wish (every year) is to be able to blow a birthday candle. And this time she did.

I bought a big birthday cake, balloons and ice cream. I made some loot bags and cooked spaghetti, chicken and hotdogs on stick with mallows and put them in a pineapple (my first time to do it!). Nakakatawa nga ang kinalabasan. Ang haba ng stick parang lilipad yung pineapple! Hehehe!

There were like 20 – 25 people who came, mostly kids and a few friends from Marikina (mga kajamming namin ni Jai sa inuman at kalokohan), one of my inaanak and her family, Jet of course who surprised me with his gift and Jai who came late but nevertheless proved her love for me. Maski kulang pa sa tulog eh pumunta parin ang bruha.

Wednesday Night

Dinner was really good. Was so hungry didn't bother to take pictures of Inihaw na Tuna Belly, Inihaw na Pusit, Bangus Sisig and Jet's tasty Batchoy! Yummy!

It was a simple dinner at Gerry's (Bluewave, Marikina). Tet came over to see us because the place is like less than 5 minutes away from their place. We had a good time especially when Jet and Tet started posing for the camera. Hehehe!!!

We also saw Hazel there by the way. After dinner we waited for her and agreed to have coffee at Starbucks, Katipunan minus Tet though. She still has work 5:30am the following day. Around 11:30 pm we called it a night.
